The Proposal!

So, people always ask, how Bryan proposed! I wish it was some glamorous, wonderful story, but its not... unfortunately... thanks to me lol

I was kind of suspicious right around Christmas time because he never gave me any hint towards what he was giving me! So, at the beginning of the month... I had a feeling. I texted my maid of honour and told her my thoughts! She got soo excited for me and was starting to really hope I wasn't going crazy. I kept making subtle hints towards it and he started getting pretty annoyed with me. I tried to get it off my mind but I really just couldn't shake the idea. So around the 13th or 14th I took him to his friends house for band practice.

I dropped him off, said good bye and went on my way! I forgot to give him something out of the car  so I texted him, soon enough I saw his phone light up on the cubby of the passenger door. I turned around to take his phone back, I pulled into the drive way and grabbed his phone. I saw my text message so, I went into his messages to delete it, seeing as how it was pointless now. I deleted my message and return to his main text message screen. I couldn't help but notice a message from his good friend Gina, that said, the ring was beautiful Bryan! Right then and there I almost died, sitting outside his friends house in my car. I felt guilty because I shouldn't have looked at his phone... Not that i went through the whole message thread, it was right there for everyone to see lol. SO! I decided to delete my message, and return his phone pretending like I hadn't seen anything.

I didn't want to ruin it for him. So, I ran downstairs opened up the band door and AS SOON as i walked in he said "sorry, I couldn't practice, I had to get Shelby's ring...." He looked at me with very wide eyes. I passed him his phone and before he could say anything, I ran outta the house. I was soo surprised just to hear him say it, it made it so much more real I didn't even know what to say. I hoped in my car and drove away and he texted me and just kinda brought it up.... I knew I was going to say yes, but it definitely became more real when I did hear him say those words.. Later that week he surprised me right at home with the ring and with a tearful yes, the rest is history!

My Top 5 Actresses!

So, I was thinking the other day about blog posts I could make, and I figured, why not give you my top 5 favourite movies, songs, actors and actresses! So, to start it off.... my top 5....Actresses~ 1. Scarlett Johanssen - I have always loved her, even when I saw her for the first time in Eight Legged Freaks, one of my favourite movies she has been in was Scoop, and of course Iron Man. I did like her in the Avengers, however I felt that she wasn't necessarily the best "Russian" they could have gotten. She did do well as Black Widow though. When her and Ryan Renoylds got married, I was so happy, they seemed like they perfect couple and I really liked them both as actors. She has such a classic look about her, it is wonderful. I feel like the thing with her, is you either LOVE her or you really HATE her! I think she is very unique and a wonderful person for young girls to look up to. 2. Amy Adams- How could you not love this red headed beauty! She is fabulous an...

UFC

Now, I am writing about UFC because a lot of people either LOVE it or they absolutely hate it more then almost anything. Personally, I really enjoy watching it, I wouldn't say that I am a die hard fan, I'll leave that to Bryan and his Dad. However there is something about the hype and the build up and the extreme athleticism that appeals to me. It takes so much skill and work it is astounding to me. The biggest thing is that this isn't just a sport, or a job. This is literally a lifestyle. Training every single day in the gym, working to gain weight or lose weight and preparing months in advance for 1 fight that could make or break their entire career. There is definitely a part of me that has a huge respect for that. First off, let me tell you kind of how it works. There are 8 different weight classes, which means there are 8 different world champions right now. First off, here are the weight classes along with the reining champions right n...
